Privacy Policy — Pulse AI

  1. 1. Who we are. Pulse AI is a local-first AI workspace. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you create an account, subscribe, and use Pulse — and your rights over it. It applies to the Pulse web app and account.
  2. 2. What we collect and why. Account: your email, a display name, and a password (to create and secure your account). Billing: your subscription plan and status, handled through our payment processor when you check out. Content: the chats, prompts, images, files, and automations you create in Pulse, so the product can function for you.
  3. 3. Legal basis. We process account and billing data to perform our contract with you (providing the service you pay for). Where a feature sends your content to an AI model to generate a response, we rely on your consent — you choose what to submit and which features to switch on.
  4. 4. AI processing. When you use cloud AI features, the content you submit (your prompt and any context you attach) may be sent to third-party AI model providers to generate a response. Pulse is local-first: you can instead run local models on your own device, in which case that content is processed on-device and is not sent to us or to any third-party provider. AI outputs may be incorrect — see the Terms.
  5. 5. Third parties we use. Supabase provides our authentication and database (it stores your account and the content you save for features like memory sync). Stripe processes your payments — your card details are entered with and held by Stripe, and Pulse never sees or stores your card number. We share with these providers only what each needs to do its job.
  6. 6. Retention and your rights. You can access and update your profile, export your data, and delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting your account removes your account and its data (consistent with Terms §9). You have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent for AI processing by not using those features.
  7. 7. No ad or analytics tracking. Pulse does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and does not sell your data. We use only the essential session/authentication that keeps you signed in.
  8. 8. Age — 18 or older. Pulse is for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account or use any feature, so we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 (consistent with Terms §3).
  9. 9. Contact. To exercise any of these rights, use the support email and controls shown inside your workspace, or delete your account directly from your account page.
  10. 10. This policy is effective 2026-07-18 and may be updated; the effective date above reflects the current version.
