Terms of Service — Pulse AI

  1. 1. Pulse AI provides AI chat, image generation, and automation tools.
  2. 2. AI outputs may be incorrect. You are responsible for verifying and using them at your own risk.
  3. 3. Age — you must be 18 or older. You must be at least 18 years old to use Pulse AI at all — to create an account, to use any feature, and to purchase a subscription. By using Pulse you confirm you are 18+.
  4. 4. Your freedom, your responsibility. Pulse gives you broad freedom and control over how you use it — what you ask, what you generate, what you automate, and which outside services you connect. That freedom comes with responsibility: you alone are responsible for how you use Pulse, for everything you create or automate with it, and for making sure your use follows the law and the terms of any third-party service you connect. You decide what to run; you own the consequences.
  5. 5. No 14-day refund. Pulse subscriptions are digital services delivered immediately. By subscribing you expressly consent to immediate provision and acknowledge you waive any 14-day right of withdrawal / cooling-off period. No refunds on digital subscriptions except where required by law.
  6. 6. Liability waiver. Pulse AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse and its operators are not accountable or liable for: your actions while using Pulse; any content you generate, create, or automate; any decision you make based on its outputs; or your use of any third-party API, model, or service you connect to Pulse (including any cost, data use, or policy of that third party). The responsibility for all of these is yours.
  7. 7. Trading is a feature, not a promotion. The trading feature is an optional tool you may switch on or off. It is a feature of the software — not financial advice, not a recommendation, and not a promotion or solicitation to trade. You trade entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for any financial decisions and losses.
  8. 8. Don't use Pulse AI for illegal things. Violation = account closed.
  9. 9. You can delete your account at any time, and doing so removes your account and its data from Pulse. Nightly backups are kept for 14 days, so deleted data may persist in a backup for up to that period before it is rotated out. After unsubscribing or deleting your subscription you keep access to your local files and local LLM chat; memory sync and other paid features stop until you subscribe again. Purchased credits stay linked to your account.
